Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sonoran Rod Company. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

Eligibility

Items are only eligible for return or exchange if they are in unused condition. Products that show any signs of use, wear, or damage caused after purchase will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items are eligible for return or exchange for up to 14 days after delivery.

Inspection

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return eligibility requirements. If a return is rejected following inspection, the item will be sent back to you.
